I bought a booster for my cell phone from Best Buy made by Wilson Electronics. After hooking everything up my phone still wasn't getting the signal I thought I should have. So, I called the 800 number of Wilson Electronics. The gentleman on the line talked me through in adjusting the transmitter and USB card. It worked. Then I told him that my signal wire from outside was too short and if they sell the extension wire. He said they do but he would send me an additional wire with the adapter for free including the postage. It arrived at my house via UPS ground in three days. That was exceptional customer service.
